Returns & Exchanges

Dear Customer,

Our first concern is always your satisfaction when you receive your order. However and if for any reason you decide that you need to exchange it please email us at customerservice@nadiva.co.uk and let us know about the willing of exchange but also and the new product that you wish to receive. Please note the second product should have the same value as the first one. For Hygiene reasons, the earrings and the rings cannot be exchanged but in case of faulty items will definitely be refunded.

In order to start the process of the exchange, we need to receive back the first order within 14 calendar days from the date that the order is made. Please return the item by Royal Mail post office to the following address:

As soon as will receive back the order with its receipt in an excellent condition like it was sent, unless the item has been marked as faulty since the beginning (please check below the entity faulty items), we are going to ship the new order for which about you are going to be informed by email through our system.

Faulty Items

All the items are checking and packing with quality proofs (pictures) before we ship them. In case an item is received faulty and proved that packed in this condition we will refund the full amount of money and the shipping costs.
